Challenge #2 – The 365 day Exercise Challenge
As of January 1, 2015 I will be exercising 365 days in a row, hence, the 365 Days of Exercise Challenge. The main idea is that I must get my heart rate going for at least 30 minutes a day. So this isn’t some gym obsessed weight lift till I drop, climb stairs until my legs fall off, sweat out every last ounce of fluid from my body kind of a challenge. It is simply to get me moving consistently. In the beginning, since I will be juicing, I will most likely stick with walking, but once I am through the juice reboot I will get back into weight training and go from there. I would really like to try some new exercise adventures this year, so hopefully this challenge will motivate me to keep going and to try to find “that thing that I love to do, but is really exercise” kind of a thing.

Day 1: 30 minutes of walking. Things good today. Starting slow and building back up.
Day 2: 30 minutes of walking. Tired today and hitting juice detox zone. Not feeling like super woman today.
Day 3: 35 minutes walking. Tough night. Walked during the football game so the food adds didn’t have too much effect on me.
Day 4: 30 minutes walking. Feel very good today. Energy is good.
Day 5: 30 minute dog walk/romp through the snow!
Day 6: 30 minutes of walking. I did it.
Day 7: 30 minutes of walking very slow. Totally crashed.
Day 8: 30 minutes of walking. More energy tonight.
Day 9: 30 minutes of walking. Despite only have one juice and sparkling water today, I had a good amount of energy during my walk.
Day 10: 30 minute dog walk and snow romp.
Day 11: 50 minute walk. Felt good today. Energy good. Starting to feel lighter.
Day 12 : 30 minute walk.
Day 13: 35 minute walk.
Day 14: 30 minute walk.
Day 15: 35 minute walk.
Day 16: 45 minute treadmill. 30 minute dog walk.
Day 17: 30 minute walk
Day 18: 30 minute walk.
Day 19: 45 minute walk.
Day 20: 30 minute slow walk… revenge of the juice day!
Day 21: 45 minute walk.
