Challenge #3 – The No Deep Fried Foods for a Year Challenge
As of January 1, 2015 I will be forgoing deep fried foods for one whole year! That’s right people… no french fries, fish and chips, cheese sticks, crab cheeses wontons, potato chips, crispy chicken, donuts, funnel cakes, and no chili rellenos… unless I can figure out a way to bake it, the shit won’t go in my body! I apologize for my profanity, but really… deep fried food is gross, nutrient lacking food that for some reason I still feel the need to drool over and let it sway me from my goals, so calling it the s-h-i-t word helps to create a disgusting visual! There is a method to my madness!
