Burn Down Chart 2014 – The Motivator
This is my burn down chart also known as “The Motivator”! Nothing like seeing my progress in black and white, or… pink, blue, and yellow, to get me in gear! My goal is to lose 145 pounds. This chart will show my goal, my actual weight loss, and my projected weight loss if I continue to lose weight at my current rate for the year. I will be updating my chart once a week in the hopes of keeping on track! Visualizing my weight loss efforts in the form of downward sloping lines is a great way for me to stay motivated and to really see where I am at in my goal. Also, it is nice to see how far I have come. Seeing how far I have come makes how far I need to go a little easier to bear.
