    I’d try going raw (meaning you only eat raw fruits, vegeigs, and grains). Also, try to hit the gym at least 3-4 times a week. Also it is important to eat small amounts of food throughout the day rather than large portions every few hours. This ensures that your digestive system is constantly working and burning calories. Also, eat lots of celery and ice cus that burns calories too! Don’t eat less than 2-3 hours before bed so that you’re food has time to digest beforehand. Replace all the liquid you drink with water and try to have at least 8 12oz. glasses of water per day
